Content Creator for Short‑Form Social Media Videos

About the role

Starcrest Communications is looking for a creative Content Creator to produce engaging short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You will take ideas from concept through shooting, editing and final delivery, ensuring the output is mobile‑first and aligns with current social trends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Write scripts, hooks and captions that capture audience attention.
• Apply visual storytelling techniques to create on‑brand, high‑impact content.
• Monitor social media trends and translate them into original video ideas.
• Collaborate with the team on content planning, ideas and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Media, Communication or a related field.
• Knowledge of social media trends and visual storytelling.
• Ability to shoot and edit short‑form video content on mobile devices.
• Strong written skills for basic scripts, hooks and social media copy.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Video editing software or apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
