Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

Pro Pixel 360 is seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Content Specialist with strong HTML/CSS expertise and a solid grasp of digital design. You will create, customize, and maintain email templates, landing pages, and other marketing assets, ensuring they are responsive, user‑friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modular, responsive, reusable templates for email campaigns and landing pages.
• Build and customize email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devices.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues, optimize layouts for readability, accessibility and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to translate briefs into functional assets.
• Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Mailchimp for template creation and campaign deployment.
• Create and optimize visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, leveraging AI tools like Midjourney, Leonardo AI and Gemini.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing content production, HTML/CSS development, and email marketing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS (responsive email development).
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Mailchimp.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• AI image generation tools: Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Gemini.
