Content Migration Executive

About the role

The Content Migration Executive will support the transfer of website content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation who enjoy problem‑solving and collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute website content migrations using tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress and Wix.
• Validate migrated content for formatting, links, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve migration issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and outcomes.
• Assist users by explaining technical concepts in clear, non‑technical language.

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with content management systems and website builders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
