Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT projects across our offices in Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi. The ideal candidate currently serves as a Technical Lead or has recent experience in that capacity and is ready to transition fully into project management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Guide the team through analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Drive Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups.
• Serve as the liaison between business, product, data‑science, and engineering teams.
• Track and report progress, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members to improve technical, communication, and professional skills.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of overall experience in software development and project delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on development experience.
• Current or recent role as a Technical Lead with a desire to move into project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
