Content Strategist & Affiliate Trainer

About the role

We are a TikTok Shop agency scaling DTC brands across the US and UK. We seek an experienced Content Strategist & Affiliate Trainer to work on‑site in Gulberg, Lahore, driving high‑converting short‑form TikTok content for our affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse top‑performing short‑form content within our niche and from competitors.
• Break down the elements that make product creatives convert, including visual, verbal, and written hooks.
• Develop deep expertise in hook structure, content body, and calls‑to‑action for product‑focused short‑form videos.
• Train and guide affiliates to produce native, high‑converting TikTok Shop content.
• Collaborate regularly with affiliates based in the US and UK through calls and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short‑form content strategy, especially native TikTok content.
• Strong understanding of hooks that drive engagement and sales in product‑based creatives.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, for frequent calls with US and UK affiliates.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gulberg, Lahore.
