Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the execution team responsible for email, paid, social, and content initiatives. You will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and drive measurable results across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the marketing execution team, assign work, set priorities, and remove blockers.
• Design repeatable workflows, approval paths, and standards for scalable output.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign operations across email, ads, social, landing pages, and content distribution.
• Build and maintain a library of approved email templates, manage segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing.
• Execute on‑page SEO and AEO tasks, including metadata, headings, schema basics, and internal linking.
• Manage paid‑media setup, tracking parameters (UTMs), budget pacing, and performance optimization on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee social media publishing, calendar management, brand consistency, and community engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a multi‑disciplinary marketing operations team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create workflows and manage timelines.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.
