Creative Director

About the role

IO Digital is seeking a visionary Creative Director to shape its digital‑first creative vision. You will lead the development of breakthrough campaigns that resonate across social, digital, and experiential platforms while setting new standards for innovation and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the agency’s creative philosophy, ensuring all work reflects innovation, relevance, and craft.
• Lead ideation, conceptualisation, and execution of integrated brand campaigns across social, digital, and experiential channels.
• Experiment with new storytelling formats, cultural trends, and platform innovations such as short‑form video, carousels, AI‑driven content, and immersive experiences.
• Foster a collaborative culture that empowers teams to produce their best work.
• Set clear creative direction, provide constructive feedback, and oversee the creative process from concept through delivery.
• Partner with account, design, and production teams to ensure campaigns meet brand directives and cultural relevance.
• Represent IO Digital in pitches, client reviews, and thought‑leadership forums, driving strong client and industry relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of creative experience in agencies or digital‑first environments.
• Proven track record of leading standout, social‑first campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design excellence, and innovative storytelling.
• Exceptional leadership and the ability to inspire both internal teams and clients.
