Creative Manager (Concepts & Copy)

About the role

RG Blue Communications is looking for a Creative Manager (Concepts & Copy) to lead storytelling and idea development for advertising campaigns. The role focuses on crafting concepts, writing scripts and copy, and ensuring the narrative aligns with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts for ad films, digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Translate briefs into impactful ideas that resonate across multiple platforms.
• Write engaging scripts for TV commercials, digital ads and branded content, and collaborate with directors and production teams.
• Produce clear, concise copy, taglines and campaign themes that maintain brand voice.
• Work closely with creative directors, strategists and account teams to align concepts with client goals.
• Contribute to integrated campaign development and provide thought leadership on storytelling trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative roles within an advertising agency.
• Proven expertise in concept development and scriptwriting for ad films.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, ad‑film concepts and copywriting.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and capacity to transform ideas into engaging narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
