Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

About the role

Moti Estate & Builders is seeking a creative professional to lead graphic design and social media efforts for its real‑estate and construction projects. The role is full‑time, based onsite at the DHA Karachi office, and focuses on producing visual content that strengthens brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching graphics and marketing materials tailored for social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and enhance online visibility.
• Create, edit, and optimise video content—including reels, motion graphics, and promotional videos—using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Manage daily social media operations: content scheduling, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise campaigns that showcase real‑estate projects effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing, preferably within real‑estate or construction.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.
