Customer Sales Representative – On-site in Karachi

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Seller to join our Karachi team. In this full-time, on-site position you will help customers choose and purchase custom patches, delivering a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store and online to understand their patch design needs.
• Guide customers through product options, pricing, and ordering process.
• Manage the sales cycle from inquiry to purchase, ensuring accurate order entry.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Stitch Patches team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales while providing top-notch service.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
