Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role
RepStack is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing remote team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads that feed the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify high‑potential prospects.
- Conduct 100‑120 cold calls and emails daily across multiple channels.
- Engage prospects, nurture interest, and build trust.
- Qualify leads to ensure a strong fit with RepStack’s solutions.
- Understand client challenges and act as a trusted advisor.
- Assess sales readiness and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Continuously refine lead‑generation tactics based on performance insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
