About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our on‑site team in Lahore. This full‑time night‑shift position focuses on delivering clear, personalized assistance to our customers while supporting daily operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email or chat.
- Provide timely, accurate solutions and maintain clear communication.
- Support operational tasks and documentation as required.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on processes.
- Work consistently during night‑shift hours.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑orientation and problem‑solving attitude.
- Ability to work night‑shift schedule.
- Based in Lahore and available for full‑time on‑site work.
