Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused representative to join our Lahore office and provide professional support to UAE‑based clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through timely and courteous interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for UAE clients.
• Provide accurate information on services, documentation, and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑ups with relevant departments.
• Maintain professional, timely communication throughout the customer journey.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, call centre, sales or client‑handling roles (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence speaking with clients over phone and online platforms.
