Tele Sales Specialist – Outbound Calls

About the role

Ain Finance, a Dubai‑based accounting and tax firm, is expanding its sales team in Karachi. The Tele Sales Specialist will generate new business by making high‑volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to target prospects and follow up on leads.
• Qualify leads, record activity in the CRM, and maintain accurate call logs.
• Present Ain Finance services (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Audit, Company Formation) clearly and professionally.
• Handle client enquiries, provide accurate information, or escalate when necessary.
• Work towards weekly and monthly sales/activity targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Proven tele‑sales or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working full‑time onsite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with sales outreach tools.
