About the role
Join Voicelink Solutions as a Customer Support Representative focused on outbound sales for the UK market. This full‑time, office‑based position in Lahore offers the chance to engage directly with customers, promote company products, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United Kingdom.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers and a positive, professional attitude.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and punctual.
- Previous call‑center or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
