Data Fabric Engineer (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

An experienced Data Fabric Engineer is sought with 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture and analytics. The ideal candidate holds a relevant Microsoft Fabric certification and has hands-on experience designing, developing and optimizing enterprise-scale data solutions with Microsoft Fabric. Immediate joiner.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, Lakehouses, Warehouses and data integration workflows.
• Use OneLake, Data Factory and other Fabric components to build scalable data platforms.
• Build data transformation and processing solutions with SQL, Python and PySpark.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and implement efficient ETL/ELT processes.
• Design data models and optimize processing for analytics and reporting.
• Implement data governance, security, data quality and access control.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of Fabric environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers and BI teams.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data architecture or analytics.
• Mandatory Microsoft Fabric certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and its core components.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data modeling and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture, OneLake and Fabric Data Factory.
• Understanding of data governance, security and performance optimization.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or PySpark.
• Familiarity with Power BI and its integration with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
