About the role

Symmetry Group is a digital technology and experiences company that builds integrated digital products and services for businesses. It is hiring an Owner for a full-time, on-site position in the Karachi Division. The Owner sets the company's strategic direction, drives business growth and makes sure digital initiatives match market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision and guide product and service innovation
• Manage key customer and partner relationships
• Oversee financial performance
• Lead senior teams and make high-level operational decisions
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous improvement
• Represent the company in high-impact meetings, industry events and stakeholder engagements

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience founding, owning or leading a digital technology, marketing or innovation-focused organization
• Strong background in business strategy, financial management and growth planning
• Experience designing or working with digital products, platforms or integrated services for enterprise clients
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Management or a related field; equivalent entrepreneurial experience may be considered
• Familiarity with the Karachi Division business ecosystem is highly beneficial
