Data Processing Officer – Supply Chain & Quality Analytics

About the role

The Data Processing Officer will support the supply chain and quality assurance functions by turning raw data into actionable insights. Using advanced analytics tools, you will create reports and dashboards that enable informed decision‑making while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material receiving, record and track inventory accurately.
• Develop and maintain quality‑assurance cases based on testing reports in SAP‑ISU.
• Prepare and present testing reports for strategic decision‑making.
• Produce daily and monthly progress reports for departmental transparency.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and QlikSense.
• Ensure all activities adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Facilitate communication across departments to streamline workflows.
• Follow safety protocols in all routine tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis, material management, or quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Power BI for dynamic data visualisation.
• QlikSense for interactive reporting.
• Experience with SAP‑ISU for testing and quality‑assurance processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality‑management standards.
