GTS Specialist (Executive/Senior Executive)

About the role

The GTS Specialist provides essential IT support for endpoint computing and site infrastructure, acting as the local “smart‑hands” on‑call resource while driving continuous improvement of technology and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, thin clients) throughout their lifecycle, including provisioning, refresh, asset management and decommission.
• Provide on‑call “smart‑hand” support according to a rotation schedule.
• Follow ITIL processes for change, incident and problem management.
• Execute SOX controls and maintain accurate IT equipment, software and license inventory in the Asset Management Tool.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent required; IT courses or certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience performing routine software installations, updates and troubleshooting in computer, server, network and telecommunication systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly valued.
