About the role
Design Engineer, Civil at alfanar will join DAR Engineering, a leading design and engineering consulting firm operating in Saudi Arabia and the region. The role focuses on delivering civil design solutions for power generation, transmission, healthcare and high‑rise building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Train and lead a team of sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks and ensuring fair workload distribution.
- Plan and execute activities to meet operational and development targets within schedule and budget.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and progress of planned tasks.
- Resolve problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain quality control, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures.
- Coordinate written systems, policies and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Required skills
- MS Office proficiency.
- Risk assessment capability.
- Report writing.
