Director, TradeMark Marketing (Pakistan)

About the role

The Director, TradeMark Marketing for Pakistan will lead the Coca‑Cola TradeMark (CCTM) agenda, driving growth, innovation and ROI across the market. Reporting into the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit, you will combine local relevance with regional scale to deliver balanced, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and own the CCTM ABP agenda and performance targets.
• Influence OU‑wide and global long‑range planning (LRP) for the TradeMark portfolio.
• Drive marketing performance, ROI and P&L accountability for the TradeMark category.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including direct reports and the Stills network, to deliver integrated flywheel execution.
• Champion data‑driven, digital and frontier marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategy and innovation.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical projects.
• Experience with P&L ownership and commercial acumen (RGM experience a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to develop high‑performing marketing teams.
• Growth‑mindset, strong communication focus and servant‑leadership orientation.
