Marketing Activation Officer

About the role

The Marketing Activation Officer will plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, training sessions, workshops, team‑building activities and marketing activations, ensuring smooth delivery within budget and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination and on‑ground arrangements.
• Oversee participant coordination, event materials, documentation and post‑event reporting.
• Deliver corporate events, training programs and marketing activations on‑site in Lahore.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
• Experience in event coordination, corporate events, marketing activations or training program management.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Lahore.
• Exposure to corporate training, Learning & Development or the aviation industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
