About the role

As a Platform Specialist for eBay, you will manage and optimize our presence on the eBay marketplace, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product listings are optimized, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on eBay to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor eBay sales and performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Ensure all listings comply with eBay policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product discoverability.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing e‑commerce platforms, specifically eBay.
• Strong understanding of eBay’s selling tools, policies, and marketplace dynamics.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and optimizing eBay listings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on‑site setting.
• Familiarity with eBay’s latest tools and services.
