About the role
Join Tajir’s fast‑growing team to lead category management and ensure every store stays stocked. You will travel across Pakistan, negotiate with vendors and manage procurement to keep inventory flowing smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Travel extensively for vendor negotiations, market visits and procurement activities.
- Procure inventory, forecast demand and manage purchase cycles to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, aligning them with Tajir’s mission.
- Monitor margins, control pricing and analyse dashboards to drive category performance.
- Recommend product additions or delistings based on sales insights.
- Prepare performance reports and track supplier target achievement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travelling and fast‑paced environments.
- Quick learner who can take initiative.
