E‑Commerce Operations Manager

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead planning, procurement, and inventory management for its e‑commerce product portfolio and in‑store materials. You will ensure product availability, drive operational efficiency, and act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models to guarantee consistent product availability.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, and reorder points to balance supply needs with cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align inventory strategies with promotional activities and sales goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers of POS, POP, packaging, accessories, and merchandise.
• Negotiate contracts and service‑level agreements to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery.
• Oversee systems tracking lead times, reorder dates, inventory levels, and inbound deliveries.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, product movement, and supplier performance.
• Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Monitor regulatory compliance for nicotine‑related products and develop contingency plans for supply‑chain risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably in e‑commerce.
