Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position will support PLAN8 PACKAGES in managing procurement activities that drive cost-effective and sustainable sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and oversee the end-to-end procurement process.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and sustainability criteria.
• Identify opportunities to optimise costs while aligning with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess pricing, quality and supplier performance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-management and organisational skills.
