Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Join Flipdish’s Onboarding team in Karachi to guide enterprise and high‑value restaurant customers through structured rollouts, milestone management and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding for enterprise customers, from handover to successful go‑live.
• Manage a concurrent portfolio of onboardings, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for customers, setting expectations and communicating clearly under pressure.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success to unblock issues and keep rollouts moving.
• Identify risks early, escalate appropriately and drive recovery plans when timelines are at risk.

Required profile

• Background in onboarding, customer success or customer support.
• Experience managing a large concurrent portfolio (ideally 5+ accounts) in SaaS, hospitality tech or a fast‑moving operational environment.
• Ownership mindset – you own outcomes even when root causes lie with other teams.
• Strong internal operator comfortable working with Commercial, Product and Engineering teams.
• Highly organised, using systems rather than memory to track multiple onboardings and dependencies.
