About the role
The role supports the Chief Executive Officer of a newly established commercial bank in Islamabad. It involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating board activities, and ensuring smooth internal communication on behalf of the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.
- Facilitate intra‑company communication to support the CEO’s initiatives across departments.
- Handle executive correspondence and draft professional communications in both Urdu and English.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Monitor internal compliance requirements relevant to the CEO’s office.
- Arrange travel logistics and provide on‑site support as needed.
- Maintain filing systems and records related to the CEO’s office.
- Assist during company events and initiatives that involve the CEO.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of experience in an executive support or secretarial role.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Polished professionalism with a well‑groomed appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage dynamic scheduling demands.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
