Executive Customer Services Representative

About the role

Interwood Mobel is seeking a proactive Executive Customer Services professional to join its Customer Services team. You will be the primary point of contact for handling customer complaints, ensuring each case is documented, communicated, and resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge, document, and manage customer complaints, providing timely updates.
• Communicate regularly with customers throughout the complaint process.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups on open complaints with relevant departments.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the complaint in‑charge.
• Prepare and share consolidated daily update reports.
• Generate and maintain service call records and system documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls and handle additional tasks assigned by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively within a team.
• Customer‑centric attitude with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
