Executive Officer, Corporate Benefits Operations

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Executive Officer to support Policy Setup within its Corporate Benefits Operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate policy documentation, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming and outgoing corporate benefits policy documents for compliance and error‑free processing.
• Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Support daily operational workflows, including high‑speed data entry and coordination tasks for the management team.
• Track project timelines to guarantee timely completion and submission of documentation.
• Develop and implement workflow improvements to boost documentation accuracy and processing speed.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve policy‑setup issues.
• Manage documents through a document management system, logging updates and changes for audit purposes.
• Identify potential compliance gaps, escalating risks to appropriate personnel.
• Generate regular reports on documentation status, policy‑setup progress, and compliance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, documentation management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
