HR Business Partner – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its Retail organization in Pakistan. You will work closely with retail leadership and store managers to deliver end‑to‑end people solutions that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Leadership to translate business priorities into talent management, workforce planning and performance initiatives.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances and investigations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Lead talent identification, succession planning, internal mobility and support the annual performance management cycle.
• Monitor workforce metrics, produce dashboards and insights, and maintain employee data in Workday, AskHR and other HR systems.
• Collaborate with Talent & Development, Rewards and Finance on learning, compensation, budgeting and forecasting for the Retail function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management sciences.
• 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, consumer or FMCG environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and frontline teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani employment law and HR best practices.
