Executive Partner

About the role

TalentPop is looking for an Executive Partner to serve as the strategic right‑hand to its founders and senior leaders. This fully remote position supports a fast‑growing e‑commerce team, helping to streamline operations, manage information flow, and enable leadership to focus on high‑impact decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for email inboxes, prioritizing and responding to communications.
• Lead special projects from initiation to completion with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Serve as a confidential liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Clear, confident, and discreet communication style, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, and ambiguous environment.
• Full‑time availability (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.
