Admin Coordinator – Office Operations & IT Support

About the role
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Admin Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our office. You will manage day‑to‑day administrative functions, support leadership, and ensure smooth coordination across departments in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain company asset inventory and handle procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
- Assist HR with onboarding logistics, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Serve as first point of contact for administrative and network queries.
- Support planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and team activities.
- Supervise office support staff and ensure policy compliance.
- Set up laptops, desktops, printers and coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced support.
- Troubleshoot basic internet, network, and connectivity issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, IT support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
