Expert Network Rollout

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Expert Network Rollout professional to lead large‑scale cellular network deployments in Islamabad. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing 2G, 4G and 5G infrastructure across multiple sites while ensuring high quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, coordination and execution of multi‑site rollout projects for RAN, microwave, fiber optics, power/solar systems, IBS, repeaters, COWs and capacity upgrades.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project management including PIP development, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment and quality control.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting VSWR faults, transmission alarms, sector outages, power issues and overall site availability.
• Collaborate with TowerCos, vendors (Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson) and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop real‑time dashboards in Power BI to monitor KPIs, budgets and timelines, and conduct competitive performance analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in cellular network deployment (2G/4G/5G).
• Proven track record managing large‑scale rollout projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance skills.
