Export Marketing Manager - Home Textiles

About the role

Recruit AI is recruiting an Export Marketing Manager specializing in home textiles for a client based in Faisalabad, with the role open to candidates based in Lahore or Faisalabad. The position is full-time and focuses on expanding the company's international business, covering hotel textiles, hospital textiles, towels and blankets. The manager does not lead a team and is expected to independently achieve export sales equivalent to shipping one to two containers per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to grow business in key markets such as Europe, the USA and Australia.
• Build and maintain relationships with international buyers to secure new export orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the merchandising process from order confirmation through to final shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate approvals for fabrics, accessories, trims, samples and other production components in line with buyer requirements.
• Manage procurement so that goods are available for production and shipment schedules.
• Work with production and logistics teams to meet buyer specifications and delivery timelines.
• Achieve monthly export sales targets and container shipment goals.
• Conduct market research to follow international textile trends and buyer needs.
• Use B2B marketing, digital marketing and social media to find new export opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and handle export documentation and logistics.

Required profile

• At least eight years of experience in export marketing and merchandising within the textile industry.
• Focus on hotel textiles, hospital textiles, towels and blankets.
• Ability to manage the merchandising cycle independently and coordinate internal resources.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills for working with overseas buyers.
