Business Development Officer

About the role

RB Direct Marketing, a full-service advertising and activation agency founded in 2001 with offices across Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer in Faisalabad. The officer identifies and pursues new business, builds relationships with corporate clients and supports the expansion of agency services across key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research markets and potential clients, and prepare proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams on pitches and present solutions to clients
• Negotiate commercial terms together with the finance team
• Track performance against sales and growth targets
• Work with senior management on strategic planning and report regularly on business development activities
• Aim for high client satisfaction and retention

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience in advertising, marketing or experiential activation agencies is highly beneficial
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage several projects in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• New business development: lead generation, opportunity assessment and pipeline management
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, campaign performance and sales metrics
• Understanding of finance: budgeting, pricing and revenue forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations and negotiations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales management tools
