Export Operations Manager

About the role

The Export Operations Manager leads export logistics at Crescent Bahuman Limited, ensuring shipments are executed on time, cost‑effectively, and in full compliance with customs and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Planning and Production teams to schedule and execute export shipments.
• Review GWP and ex‑mill shipment plans, oversee vehicle placement and dispatch operations.
• Ensure compliance with export documentation, customs regulations, EFS requirements and internal SOPs.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization initiatives across logistics and documentation processes.
• Manage a team of 15, providing guidance, performance monitoring and support to meet export targets.
• Close purchase orders promptly and maintain accurate logistics records in the ERP system.
• Monitor EFS consumption to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Submit export bills and shipment documents to Finance on schedule.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping, preferably in denim manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage end‑to‑end export operations.
• BBA or MBA in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong understanding of customs compliance, export documentation and ERP systems.
