Logistics & Operations Expert (Courier)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Operations Expert to support a project focused on evaluating and improving logistics, operational processes, and network‑based service delivery. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in postal, courier, transportation, or similar service networks.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and analyze existing logistics and operational processes.
• Review service delivery networks, workflows, and operational performance.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop practical recommendations to enhance efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Support project deliverables, analysis, documentation, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather operational data and validate findings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience in postal, courier, logistics, transportation, or network‑based service operations (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and report‑writing abilities.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.
