About the role
Bisonstechs is looking for a confident, energetic, and target‑oriented female Tele Sales Executive to join its sales team in Karachi. You will promote the company’s ERP, POS and other software solutions through outbound calls and build strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate potential sales leads.
- Introduce and promote Bisonstechs ERP, POS & software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Female candidates with at least a Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate education.
- Minimum 1–2 years of tele‑sales or software‑sales experience.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with CRM software.
