Management Trainee - Sales and Leadership Development

About the role

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a Management Trainee to join its sales and leadership development program in Faisalabad. This position is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development, offering a comprehensive training pathway to build core management competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of four personnel to meet performance targets.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Build and maintain a professional client portfolio using strong relationship‑building skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management and operational tracking.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques to address challenges in client management, sales operations, and team dynamics.
• Prepare accurate reports on team progress and client interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proactive, confident, and energetic personality capable of leading a small team.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
• Educational background ranging from Intermediate to Bachelor’s level.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
