Finance Operations Analyst

About the role

Motive is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Vendor Finance team. The role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, and external lending partners, helping to process and close financing deals quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional partners to process financing deals.
• Provide external lending partners with required documentation and information.
• Prepare deal‑specific documents to support order management and lender processing.
• Track, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on deals throughout the pipeline.
• Communicate strategy, process details, and financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Offer consultative advice to GTM leadership on positioning Vendor Finance deals.
• Perform deal pricing analyses using Excel.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, financial analysis, sales operations, order management, pricing, or a similar role at a direct lender.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience with multinational companies.
• Proven data‑analysis abilities and detail‑orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships across sales and internal teams.
• Self‑starter capable of handling high volumes of deal requests.
