Fiverr Profile Handler – On‑site (Rawalpindi)

About the role

The Fiverr Profile Handler will be responsible for managing and optimizing Techoneer’s presence on the Fiverr marketplace. Based in Rawalpindi, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on attracting new clients, converting inquiries into orders, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimize Fiverr gig descriptions, packages, and visual assets to reflect Techoneer’s services.
• Respond promptly to client messages, prepare custom offers, and maintain professional communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Track orders, deliveries, and performance metrics using dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate service details, pricing, and timelines.
• Follow up with clients after delivery to collect feedback and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing Fiverr or similar freelance marketplace profiles.
• Strong written English with the ability to craft clear, persuasive gig copy.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web development, SEO and social media services.
• Excellent multitasking skills, able to handle several orders and conversations simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused attitude with gender‑neutral, respectful communication.
