Survey Associate

About the role

As a Survey Associate at Atheneum, you will deliver high‑quality quantitative insights by managing the full lifecycle of survey projects. You will work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with a diverse team to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review client briefs to understand survey objectives, target audience, timelines, and quotas.
• Identify and source relevant professional respondents using internal databases, LinkedIn, directories, and other platforms.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to engage respondents and encourage participation.
• Screen respondents for eligibility, guide them through the survey, and track completion rates against quotas.
• Maintain accurate respondent records, process incentives, and ensure compliance with data handling standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Client Service teams, providing regular progress updates and reporting on outreach, conversion, and completion metrics.
