Food Services Revenue & Growth Manager

About the role

As the Food Services Revenue and Growth Manager you will lead the expansion and profitability of Flora Food Group’s Food Service business across Pakistan. You will be responsible for driving revenue, volume and market penetration in the Out‑of‑Home channel, including HORECA, bakeries, industrial customers, catering and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national Food Service growth strategy and annual operating plan.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Lead customer planning, forecasting and commercial negotiations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Oversee route‑to‑market development, trade investments, commercial budgets and distributor performance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in Food Service, HORECA or B2B food ingredients.
• Proven track record in business development and channel expansion.
• Ability to lead a team of direct reports and work cross‑functionally.
• Data‑driven mindset with focus on strategic execution and operational excellence.
