Freelance UI/UX Designer – Business Management Platform

About the role

Dany Tameerat is looking for an experienced freelance UI/UX designer or small design agency to build DT Brain, an internal business management platform combining sales CRM, finance, HR, payroll, projects, recruitment and executive dashboards. The work is project-based, delivered directly to the CTO and development team, and turns complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, professional and responsive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design executive dashboards covering sales, cash flow, receivables, payroll, headcount, recruitment and project profitability.
• Create interfaces for CRM, finance, HR, payroll, project management and recruitment modules.
• Develop mobile-first layouts for an installable web app and desktop use.
• Build a Figma design system with reusable components, typography, charts, icons and light/dark themes aligned with the brand.
• Design layouts for board packs, PDF reports and automated email summaries.
• Provide developer-ready specifications, assets and prototypes, and review implemented screens for design consistency.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio with at least two live SaaS, ERP, dashboard or internal business application projects.
• Proven experience designing data-heavy interfaces with tables, charts, filters, forms and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and availability for weekly project reviews.
• Preferred: experience with ERP, finance, HR or business management platforms; familiarity with real estate, construction or sales CRM systems; experience with bilingual English/Urdu interfaces and right-to-left layouts.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma, including auto layout, components, variables and interactive prototypes.
• Mobile-first, responsive web application design.
