About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking fresh call centre agents with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join its on‑site team in Lahore. Agents will handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical billing, appointments, and general patient or client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

Answer calls promptly, provide accurate information and follow standard scripts.
Document call details in the system and ensure data entry accuracy.
Coordinate with internal billing and RCM teams and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain a professional, empathetic tone while meeting performance targets such as call quality, response time and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written English communication skills with courteous phone etiquette.
6 months to 1 year of call‑centre or customer‑support experience, preferably in healthcare.
High school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus) and willingness to learn medical billing processes.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, and ability to work on‑site in Lahore.
