About the role
Eila Solutions is hiring on behalf of its leading client for fresh graduates to join their Customer Success Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and build professional relationships.
- Support customer onboarding and service coordination.
- Understand customer needs and assist with their queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with good problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to work in a team.
