Front Desk Receptionist – Client-Facing Role

About the role

The company is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients at its Faisalabad location. You will ensure a professional and welcoming front‑desk experience while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer, route and direct phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Schedule, confirm and modify client appointments.
• Handle in‑person and telephone inquiries, providing general service information.
• Maintain front‑desk area, records, files and correspondence.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Address client concerns promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front‑desk or customer‑facing role preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional admin or customer‑service training is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
