Restaurant Server – Guest Service & Order Taking

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Cála Restaurants in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and guide them through the food and beverage menu.
• Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and serve dishes and drinks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout service.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints courteously, and process payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a server or in a hospitality customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
