Full-Stack Developer (AI/LLM Focused)

About the role

We are building an AI‑powered platform that helps organisations assess and manage portfolio reporting. We need a full‑stack developer who can own features from concept to production, working across a NestJS backend and a React frontend.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full‑stack software using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, NestJS).
• Implement LLM integrations, document processing pipelines, and async job queues (BullMQ) with robust retry logic.
• Build data‑heavy dashboards, multi‑step assessment workflows, and multi‑tenant UI with role‑based access.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor system performance (Sentry, Winston), troubleshoot issues and continuously improve stability and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for both backend and frontend development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for daily cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience writing clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams and API specs.
